What the report contains
- Reference period
- Total reports received, by category and severity
- Average response time
- Percentage of cases responded to within the 30-day deadline
- Case status (new, under review, closed, overdue)
- Digital signature to guarantee authenticity
How to generate
- Go to Reports → Reports in the dashboard.
- Select the desired period.
- Click Generate PDF report.
- The document is generated with a digital signature and ready for filing or presentation.
Individual case: it is also possible to generate a specific report per case, with the full history of messages and actions — useful for audits or internal proceedings.
